Vendor Nurture

Stay in touch with every vendor, without lifting a finger

Build customisable multi-step email nurture sequences. Personalise every message with vendor and property details. Skip the step if they have already replied. Keep your brand front of mind from valuation to instruction.

How it works

Three steps, one outcome

1

Design the sequence your agency runs

Pick the steps, the delay between each one, and the message. Write your own email copy with personalised variables.

2

Enrol a vendor in seconds

Open a sequence from the editor, fill in the vendor’s details once, and the first step schedules itself. The same sequence works for every vendor; the content is tailored per enrolment.

3

Let the platform handle delivery

Every step fires on time, skips itself if the vendor has already replied, and rolls outside-hours sends to the next morning. Cancel or pause one vendor without touching the others.

Built for UK estate agents

Designed around how branches actually work

Customisable end to end

Every step is yours to design — number of touches, timing, message body, when to skip.

Personalised, not generic

Drop the vendor’s name, property address, estimated value, and your agent details into every send.

Sensible by default

Sends pause when the vendor replies. Outside-hours messages reschedule to 9 am Mon-Sat London. Opt-outs propagate everywhere.

Preview before you send

A live preview pane shows exactly what the vendor will receive — variables filled in, exactly the body they will read.

Frequently asked

The questions estate agents always ask

Can different agencies run different sequences?

Yes. Each agency builds and owns its own sequences. Templates, delays, and tone are entirely yours.

What if a vendor replies mid-sequence?

Any step marked “skip if replied” will skip when the vendor has answered since enrolment. You stay polite and responsive rather than pestering.

Which channel does a sequence send on?

Email, today. The editor lets you plan steps for other channels, but only the email steps actually send — we will update this the moment that changes.

Can vendors opt out?

Yes. A vendor reply containing STOP or unsubscribe marks every active enrolment as opted out automatically — across every sequence.
