Unified Inbox

Review connected conversations in one inbox

Review calls, email and supported messaging conversations in one place when the relevant integrations are connected and enabled. Eligible messages can have a suggested reply for your team to review.

How it works

Three steps, one outcome

1

All your channels in one place

Connect supported channels for your agency. The inbox groups available conversations by person; channel availability depends on your configuration.

2

A draft reply, ready to send

For eligible conversations, the platform can suggest a reply with available context and supporting evidence for an agent to review.

3

One tap to send, or edit first

Approve as drafted, tweak the wording, or discard. Send-time safety checks block off-brand replies, banned language, and policy-restricted content before anything goes out.

Built for UK estate agents

Designed around how branches actually work

Review replies with context

Agents can see conversation history and suggested next steps before responding on a supported channel.

Channel rules stay visible

Some connected messages can receive a freeform draft; public comments use approved templates, and Google Reviews are read-only here.

Approve at speed

Select drafts in bulk and send a cluster of similar replies in one click. Helpful when an open day produces fifty enquiries at once.

Evidence behind every reply

See the source snippets, missing-data flags, and policy notes the AI used. Send with confidence; train your team on what good looks like.

The questions estate agents always ask

Which channels are supported?

The inbox supports calls, email, web chat and connected messaging or social channels according to agency setup. Draft availability varies by channel; public comments use approved templates and Google Reviews are read-only here. Ask which integrations are enabled for your agency.

Can the AI send on its own?

By default no — every reply waits for an agent to approve. A supervised default keeps the agent in control; autonomous mode is available where it makes sense (out-of-hours acknowledgements, for example).

How does it stop off-brand replies?

A built-in send gate checks every outbound message against banned-language rules, channel policy (template-only versus freeform), and a daily rate limit. Replies that fail are returned with a clear reason.

Do public comments need different handling?

Yes. Comment replies are public, so the platform routes them through pre-approved templates rather than freeform AI — protecting your brand on view. Google Reviews are read-only in the inbox; replies to them still happen in Google, not here.
